Sudden fortune ate up ,

The block is a city old ,

Sutlej Bunny Gobind Sagar ,

How did this change?

Not only the city, the culture is also dubbed in Gobindsagar lake

On August 9, 1961, the water level of Bhakra Dam was doused as old Bilaspur city was submerged

Special: Kuldeep Chandel, Litterateur, Bilaspur

On December 10, 1961, inaugurating the Bhakra Dam, the country’s first Prime Minister, Late Jawaharlal Nehru, gave the speech and called this dam a modern temple of India.¬†He said that this will bring happiness to our country.¬†Nehru’s dream came true.¬†The Bhakra dam construction really brought happiness in the country.¬†In Gobindsagar lake huge amount of fish started to be produced.¬†The fishermen’s fate changed, but there is another aspect of this picture too.¬†To build the Bhakra Dam, the historic Bilaspur had to be drowned in the lake.¬†Destruction has also been called for development.¬†That is the destruction of the extinction of culture.¬†The glorious culture of Bilaspur is also immersed in the lake of Gobindsagar.¬†Shires, poets,¬†The authors have written openly about Aurangzeb’s contemporary Kahlur Naresh Deep Chand for the construction of the Bhakra Dam of Bilaspur city for the construction of a water mausoleum.¬†The former MLA of Bilaspur and Shair late Pandit Dinanath has described this pain in one of his najams, “The increase has increased the water of the Sutlej.¬†At the place where Vyas played dancka, and then Shukdev took Asan jamaya meditation, Ai Vatan that Sarjmi now has become your sacrifice ‘.¬†On the eve of the second Najam on 9th August, he writes that “the beggars of the booming dam, that Sutlej started screaming in me, you ran away in the city, and it started coming water.”¬†In fact, the immersion of a large reservoir of a city is not just a drowning of mud, gai and brick stone houses.¬†The sinking of that city was a culture immersed in it.¬†In the Gobindsagar lake, the Kahlur principality, the color palace and the new palace are not only dug, but they also have old palaces, 99 temples of peak-style, school college, nondeses of Panjukhi nalla, Danduri,¬†Bandaliana, Gohar Bazar, Guranthan in the Sikh’s mud, Temple of Gopal Ji and also the Kachari campus also dipped.¬†For the first time on 9th August, 1961, water level of Bhakra dam increased, Bilaspur city went drowning.¬†The departed legislator and poet Pandit Dinanath has written the painting of his time drawing with his words – that was the decline of the rainy season, the Paphiha was singing the poisonous song.¬†The truth is that everything in the lake immersed in the lake was completely different.¬†Hindu Muslims, on the Kharhi Shah’s mazar on Veervar, gathered and distributed sweet churma and distributed one to each other.¬†Khahee Shah decorated the pictures of shires in the premises.¬†Gazals, Kabbalis,¬†Walking round the docks¬†People of Bilaspur city, immersed in the lake during the princely state, saw the king’s court decorated in Sandhoo on the festival festival.¬†That city was an amazing culture.¬†On Diwali, the kids started burning twenty-six hours before the pallet.¬†The girls went out in the evening in the surrounding neighborhoods singing songs by putting a tail point on the face.¬†Now that’s not the case in the new Bilaspur city.¬†Old culture has disappeared, as everything has sunk in Gobindsagar lake.¬†This nazam must have been engraved on paper only after writing the writings of Bimal Krishna Ashak, professor of the sixties of Bilaspur College, and now the people of this settlement are not the first thing in the past; there is no tiredness on the faces, not a night in the eyes, Peepal is not swinging, the grave of the peacock drowned.¬†On August 9, 1961, in the Gobindsagar lake, the historic city Bilaspur was not dipped, but dozens of garden gardens, public baths, waterfalls,¬†The necklace was all torn.¬†Another special glimpse was that the culture of that city immersed in the lake was that in the month of Saab, the house was thrown in a twig of a peepal or mango tree to swim to small children.¬†Older people used to perform this tradition very well.¬†This pigeon was called da month.¬†Twenty days before the Raksha Bandhan, the house was prepared from the house machine.¬†If someone had a machine in the house, then Bari turn used to make all the house sevins.¬†All this had ended on the day when the old Bilaspur town was submerged in Gobindsagar lake.¬†Those over sixty years can still be heard while filling old memories.¬†Kuldeep Chandel, Litterateur, Bilaspur, December 10,¬†On the inauguration of the Bhakra Dam in 1961, the country’s first Prime Minister, Late Jawaharlal Nehru, gave the speech and called this dam a modern temple of India.¬†He said that this will bring happiness to our country.¬†Nehru’s dream came true.¬†The Bhakra dam construction really brought happiness in the country.¬†In Gobindsagar lake huge amount of fish started to be produced.¬†The fishermen’s fate changed, but there is another aspect of this picture too.¬†To build 1 Bhakra Dam, the historic Bilaspur had to be drowned in the lake.¬†Destruction has also been called for development.¬†That is the destruction of the extinction of culture.¬†The glorious culture of Bilaspur is also immersed in the lake of Gobindsagar.¬†Shires, poets,¬†The authors have written openly about Aurangzeb’s contemporary Kahlur Naresh Deep Chand for the construction of the Bhakra Dam of Bilaspur city for the construction of a water mausoleum.¬†Late Pandit Dinanath, a former MLA from Bilaspur and a poet, has described this pain in his own najam,‘¬†Due to the increase of water of Sutlej, it increased.¬†At the place where Vyas played¬†dancka¬†,¬†and then Shukdev took Asan¬†jamaya¬†meditation¬†,¬†Ai Vatan that Sarjmi now has become your sacrifice¬†‘¬†.
